Application Information and Eligibility
APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Complete the “Intent to Enroll” form and submit to the school
- You will receive a phone call from the school in which we will conduct a brief orientation about our school and answer any questions you may have
- Complete the application packet and gather all required documentation. This can be submitted electronically or by mail
- Participate in the Student / Parent Orientation at the beginning of the school year or semester
- Students must then complete a mandatory technology course, before starting classes
ELIGIBILITY:
- Students in grades K-12 under 21 years of age
- Resident of Pennsylvania
- Willingness to cooperate with all school policies and procedures in order to help the student succeed
- A support person that will act as home facilitator and monitor student work. (For more information on the role of home facilitator, please refer to section on Parent expectations.)
