Application Information and Eligibility

APPLICATION PROCESS:

  • Complete the “Intent to Enroll” form and submit to the school
  • You will receive a phone call from the school in which we will conduct a brief orientation about our school and answer any questions you may have
  • Complete the application packet and gather all required documentation. This can be submitted electronically or by mail
  • Participate in the Student / Parent Orientation at the beginning of the school year or semester
  • Students must then complete a mandatory technology course, before starting classes

ELIGIBILITY:

  • Students in grades K-12 under 21 years of age
  • Resident of Pennsylvania
  • Willingness to cooperate with all school policies and procedures in order to help the student succeed
  • A support person that will act as home facilitator and monitor student work. (For more information on the role of home facilitator, please refer to section on Parent expectations.)
